Support training and educational resources for healthcare workers and community health educators to strengthen clinical practices.
Deliver maternal education programs for women and families covering prenatal care, danger signs, newborn care, breastfeeding, and family planning.
Timely, quality maternal care dramatically reduces risks for mothers and infants. When clinics are properly equipped and women receive clear, culturally appropriate education, maternal and newborn survival increases and long-term family health improves. Empowering women with knowledge and access to care helps them pass on better health to the next generation.
Founder Story
Learning about the avoidable maternal and infant deaths in The Gambia moved Fatoumata to create From Mother to You. She wanted to improve perinatal care and ensure essential medical supplies reached those who needed them most. From Mother to You supports families in putting health first by respectfully combining local cultural practices with evidence-based medical guidance.
